Susan brings more than 30 years of experience as a producer, content creator, and on-camera talent in film and television. With a background as a television news reporter, she has a rare ability to help people feel comfortable in front of the camera and to create the trust needed for authentic storytelling.

Susan has worked across a wide range of projects, from an intimate short documentary about Holocaust survivors to environmental docuseries and a national episodic program showcasing Jewish Americans preserving their heritage. Her journalism training allows her to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and guide subjects through conversations that feel natural.

She brings a strong foundation in marketing and communications from her work in corporate, media, and public relations environments, helping clients shape stories that resonate with both heart and purpose.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and is a graduate of Columbia Journalism School’s Sulzberger Executive Leadership Program.

Kristin Marion is a producer, director, and editor with a deep passion for story-driven filmmaking. She has produced and edited hundreds of short films across commercial, branded, documentary, and nonprofit work, collaborating closely with clients to bring complex ideas and personal visions to life on screen.

As a Senior Producer at Big Bite Productions since 2009, Kristin is deeply involved in every stage of the creative process, from shaping story concepts and visual approach through production and final edit. She is known for her ability to listen closely, translate abstract ideas into compelling narratives, and guide projects to a finished film that exceeds client expectations.

With a background in psychology, Kristin brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to storytelling, focusing on emotional clarity, authenticity, and connection. She thrives on collaboration and finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing a shared vision fully realized through story and craft.
